It seems that HTC has made a habit of releasing its devices on CDMA networks first as Bell Mobility has just announced that the super popular HTC Touch Dual will be coming to their CDMA network. The Touch Dual is bound to be a huge hit with Canadians as it features popular business and standard user functions.
The Bell Mobility version of the HTC Touch Dual will feature Windows Mobile 6.1 along with a 2 megapixel camera, built-in Assisted GPS and a MicroSD card slot that can support up to 8gb of expandable memory.
The device is actually fairly well priced at $399.95 (Canadian dollars, of course) and – get this – that’s the price without a contract! If, however, you don’t mind signing at 3 year contract or extending your existing contract for three more years you can get the HTC Touch Dual for only $99.95! As far as connectivity is concerned, however, it’s not clear whether or not the unit will take EVDO access into consideration.
